Do I need a buyer ready to purchase today?
No. The program is built to support preparation as well as the purchase journey. Tell us about the buyers you serve and where they need help.
How does a buyer connect to me?
Once your professional account is active, send a buyer invitation from your Command Center. A buyer joining through that invitation is connected to you as their Realtor.
Does D2D provide leads or guarantee closings?
Participation does not promise a supply of leads, a closing, or a timetable. The value is a coordinated way to work with buyers and their team.
Do I need to change brokerages?
No. Participation does not move you to Fay Group Real Estate. You continue working through your own brokerage, subject to its approval and applicable participation terms.
What are the participation terms?
The Program Director will discuss responsibilities, applicable agreements, and any fees or referral terms before you decide to participate. This inquiry does not enroll you or create an account.
I already have an invitation. What should I do?
Use your private professional invitation to activate your account. If you have already activated it, use Sign in to open your Command Center.
